Congratulations to InnSeason South Mountain – Gold Leaf #4

August 25, 2009 by sthmtn

From LincolnWoodstock.com…
Congratulations to the crew at InnSeason Resorts South Mountain who have just earned their 4th leaf of the Customer Service Crusade. By demonstrating their employee customer service recognition program, they have earned another leaf. Here is a description of their program:

All guests of our resort are encouraged to let us know what they think of our resort and associates by returning a comment card with a variety of scores based upon their vacation experience. The primary areas scored are Overall Customer Service, Check-in, Quality of units, Housekeeping, Local Activities provided and Names of Associates who were of particular help. Guests receive a comment card upon check-in, in their units, and by email after their visit to ensure a higher percentage of participation.

All Associates earn points for each time they are mentioned and rewards are redeemed for use at local attractions, shops and restaurants as well as our resort partners. This program was launched in 2004 as part of our Brand Standards Program.

Our resort is also evaluated monthly by our Internal International guests for similar criteria. We are proud to announce that our resort has scored in the top 10% of over 2000 resorts worldwide each month for over 5 years running.
